Chelmsford Place Guest House is situated within a ten minute walk of the city centre and 10 minutes walk to PPL Training.  Offering excellent free private parking all of our rooms are good sized doubles and well equipped. 

Chelmsford Place offers singles, doubles, twins, triples & family rooms, all of which are fully ensuite, apart from two first floor Standard rooms next to each other which share separate toilet-shower facilities just outside the rooms (Luxury dressing gowns are provided for these two rooms).

PPL Special Rates start from £29 per person including full english breakfast.
