The Green Deal, to be launched October 2012, represents a massive opportunity for installations companies across the UK.
The opportunity to install a huge range of energy efficiency products from boilers (gas, oil, biomass), insulation, double glazing (windows, doors), renewables (solar hot water, solar PV, heat pumps), central heating systems, draft proofing and many more – with NO upfront cost to the customer. The cost is attached to a Green Deal Loan paid for out of the energy savings from the newly installed Green Deal measures. This loan is paid back from a charge on the properties electricity bill – it stays attached to the property.
The opportunities and combination of installation measures are almost endless– using the Green Deal, companies will expand their sales and product range. And remember, if the combination of Green Deal measures meets the Golden Rule there is NO upfront cost to the customer.
