This LOGIC Unvented Hot Water Systems course is aimed at plumbers and heating engineers wanting to legally install, service or commission domestic hot water systems in the UK. It is a legal requirement of the building regulations that all domestic unvented hot water systems over 15 litres capacity are maintained by a qualified person. A qualified person is someone who holds a current recognised Unvented Hot Water Storage certificate. This LOGIC Unvented Hot Water Systems course provides such a certificate. PPL also runs the Bpec Unvented Hot Water Systems course should the person prefer the Bpec qualification.

The certifcate is valid for 5 years, after which the holder must attend an approved centre and take an unvented hot water re-assessment course such as LOGIC Unvented Hot Water Systems (Update).
This qualification is also valid for solar hot water engineers who must gain an unvented hot water course certificate as a prerequisite of attending the Bpec Solar Hot Water course.
Holders of current unvented hot water certifcates which are due to expire (they have a 5 year validity period from issue) should take our 1/2 day LOGIC Unvented Hot Water Systems (Upgrade).
All candidates will receive £225 in CASH BACK vouchers from Santon. After completing the course and registering with Santon you will be able to claim £15 in cash back for every Santon Unvented Hot Water system purchased.
