This course covers the training required to understand BS5266 (Part 1) which covers the use of emergency lighting.  The emergency electrical lighting course covers both theory and practical training in small training groups led by an experienced electrical tutor.

Candidates should hold a minimum of a full scope electrical qualification such as Part P Full Scope certificate and also hold the 17th Edition wiring regulations. It is also recommended that candidates hold a three phase supply qualification like the City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing.

The course is aimed at those involved with the installation, testing and commissioning of emergency lighting systems to BS5266 Part 1.  It will also serve as a refresher course for those emergency lighting engineers that require it.
