PPL Domestic Loft Insulation course (installer)

This is a 2 day domestic loft installer’s course.  It is aimed at anyone wishing to gain theory and practical training in the installation of domestic loft insulation. Loft insulation is one of the best ways to save money on fuel bills and reduce the carbon footprint for buildings.  The insulation training course covers both hands on, practical and background theory in topics such as building regulations, plumbing and electrical considerations together with health and safety requirements.

With an average payback time of 2 years, it makes loft insulation a first choice for saving money on heating bills and together with Government grants means that the work is affordable.  On successful completion of the course a certificate of attendance is issued.

This course is popular with renewable energy engineers who take our Bpec Solar Hot Water Installer course.  The current Government grants program require householders to invest in loft insulation as part of their grant application bid.
