This City & Guilds 6066 Green Deal Domestic Advice (Assessor) course is aimed at persons involved in advising (in the non-domestic setting) new and existing business / organisations about the upcoming Green Deal. The Green Deal is a new government scheme to encourage the installation of energy efficient measures in dwellings with no upfront cost to the household, business or community organisation.
The Green Deal non-domestic advice course is aimed at qualifying non-domestic energy assessors who wish to become non-domestic Green Deal assessors. These non-domestic Green Deal assessors will provide domestic Green Deal assessments to consumers within their own homes. The 6066 Green Deal non-domestic advice course is expected to be around five days in duration.
This is a new course developed by Assets skills, Construction skills and Summit skills. This Green Deal course is delivered through the awarding body City & Guilds.
The Green Deal Non-Domestic Advice (Assessor) course is due to be launched in June 2012, PPL are currently in discussions with City & Guilds to deliver this course when it is launched.
