City & Guilds Accredited PV installation Course Overview:

This City & Guilds Accredited PV installation course is aimed at those involved with the installation of on-roof solar PV panels including qualified roofers, labourers and Solar PV qualified electricians.

            

This course covers a basic introductory level to PV components, health & safety awareness, different types of roof mounting equipment, shading awareness and electrical connections. 

We also cover practical installation training on our purpose-built roof rigs complete with scaffolding and harness connections.  This practical session will cover the installation of a complete array of PV panels including the electrical connections between panels.

Candidates are required to bring PPE including all weather gear and safety boots.  All other PPE will be provided.
