The course is an introduction to the green energy and environmental technologies covering solar thermal, solar PV, micro wind turbines, biomass, ground and air source heat pumps. It also gives an awareness of the government incentive schemes for microgeneration.

The objective of the course is to give the delegates an awareness of renewable technologies, reasons why the technologies are needed and the government incentive schemes for installations of these systems.
