The new Government tackling Climate Change

PPL were delighted to hear Chris Huhne's speech this week week on how the new Government intends to tackle climate change.

With the intention to become the greenest Government ever, the new Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change explained the need for change and the current impact on the environment.

Pledging his support to "infant and emerging technologies", such as renewable energy, Chris Huhne announced the prospects for growth in this area is "excellent".  He also referred to the new feed-in tariff system and support for renewable heat and micro-generation, all areas that are fully supported by PPL Training.
