This weekend bathroom installation course covers appliance building (WC, Bath and basin), first and second fix pipework. It is aimed at people who have some basic plumbing skills or have already complete the PPL Weekend Plumbing introductory course. The aim is to teach a basic like for like bathroom swap over a weekend on this bathroom installation course.
There are no theory lectures as this is a 'hands on' only bathroom course. You must have a good sense of humour as the experienced plumbing tutors jokes can be very bad! On completion of this course you will be able to remove perform a basic 'like for like' swap of a standard 3 piece bathroom suite - previous basic plumbing skills are required.

The course is not aimed a those wanting to go straight away into being a plumber. For this we recommend the City & Guilds 6129 with LOGIC and City & Guilds 6089 NVQ in Plumbing. Although the bathroom course is a good foundation for moving onto these courses.
This course is run at the weekend with a start at 10am on both Saturday and Sunday. It finishes about 4pm each day. As time is short we have a working lunch on this course.
Please see the practical theory tab for more information on this Weekend Plumbing Introduction course.
