FOR TANGIBLE PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH PPL TRAINING

Returns
If you decide you would not like to keep your order that you have chosen, you may return it to us at your expense within 14 days of receipt.  Please notify us by phone or email that you intend to return your order during this period.  We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange, or at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

Making Returns
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.  To return any products to us, please contact us to confirm where to send the returned goods as some products are sent out direct from manufacturers.

When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting.  We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.  We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.  We pay return costs at the lowest postage, so please do not send returns special 24hr delivery.

YOU MUST CONTACT PPL TRAINING BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM.  WE WILL GIVE YOU INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT TO DO.
