Following the recent government announcement of further Coronavirus restrictions starting Thursday 5th November, and in line with the revised guidance, we wish to inform you that PPL Training remains open for training, We intend to continue to deliver our full course programme under our in-centre Covid-19 Secure Arrangements. With the experience gained over the last few months and the large investment of both time and effort, we are in a strong position to continue to offer our industry-leading training within the new government guidelines. How do I contact you? All our staff are working to assist with any questions regarding your course and any hotel bookings. You can call us on 0333 121 1215 or email info@ppltraining.co.uk if you have any questions or would like to make a future booking. Is my course still running? All courses are currently running across all our centres in York and Slough. If your course is postponed or cancelled our Client Services team will be in contact as early as possible to make the relevant arrangements. How is My Hotel Affected? With the closure of restaurants imposed upon the Premier Inn hotels we normally utilise, all future residential courses shall be accommodated within York and Slough Holiday Inns, where, at present, breakfast and evening meals are available Unfortunately, due to the forthcoming hotel restaurant restrictions, all meals will be pick up or room delivery only, however, will still provide enough choice to suit your dietary requirements. For evening meals, you will be provided with a £22 allowance to use on Holiday Inn’s altered food menu This arrangement unfortunately incurs some additional travel to/from centres, however we hope you can appreciate the underlying reasons, and we thank you for your understanding.   Do I need to rebook If my course has been postponed? If your course has been postponed a member of the team will be in contact as quickly as possible to help rearrange your booking. Yes - Our team will handle all cancellations and will contact you to rebook your course and accommodation. When is the next available date for my course? You can find this information on our website course pages. Yes - We will keep you up-to-date if your booking changes and issue you new joining instructions. Can I still book a new course? Yes - we are still taking bookings for the remainder of 2020 and now our 2021 dates. You can view the available dates on our website where you can still book courses online, or if you prefer over the phone or via email.
