Q - What is included in your course fees?

A - Our course fees include all training and assessment fees, materials, refreshment and unlimited post-course support.

Q - Do you have free onsite car parking?

A - Yes, we have car parking at all of our centres.

Q - How small are the tutor groups on the plumbing course?

A - We aim for a trainer to student ratio of 1 to 6 on our plumbing courses in the workshop sessions. The average intake for a new plumbing course is 14 for the classroom theory lectures.

Q - I haven't been to school for 30 years! How will I find it?

A - It's not like school. We understand that the majority of new entrants will have had some time out of the classroom, therefore our theory sessions are tailored to this. We mix theory and practical each week on the longer plumbing courses. The theory sessions are in small groups, relaxed and informal.

Q - Why do you provide so much post-course support? Other centres don't!

A - We believe in providing not only the best training but best post-course support. Starting a new business can be a difficult task, even more so if you are learning new skills as well. If you do well in your new plumbing business you will hopefully return the PPL for more training and to extend your skill set. It is not just about gaining formal certificates, you must be confident and able to earn a living as well.

Q - I am really good at the practical stuff but all this theory scares me!

A - Most people are better at one thing rather than equally good at both. After training many thousands of people we under this and take the time to make sure all of students feel confident in both. We offer both one to one theory and practical training should a student need it.
