Legionella Control and Management of Hot and Cold Water Services and Evaporative Cooling Systems
Designed to demonstrate initial and periodic testing of electrical installations and completing certification for testing. Following industry guidance and adhering to legislation such as IET Guidance Note 3, Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 and Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
Up-skilling electrical installers into testing and inspection in-line with BS7671:2024.
Upon successful completion of this course, delegates will receive a certificate of achievement provided by PPL Training.
This course is designed to give existing inspectors a refresher on the latest requirements and changes to procedures, also to bring them up to speed if they have been away from testing for a while.
It can be used as a pre-course introduction prior to attending a 2391 if your current
employment does not include testing of electrical installations or you have limited experience of testing.
Also as a refresher / additional training for delegates who have been unsuccessful in a recent 2391 practical / theoretical assessment and are looking to increase their awareness of inspection and testing.
Completion of appropriate paperwork; including interpretation of test results
What you need...
Prior to attending this course you should have completed an appropriate qualification in electrical installation and possess a good working knowledge of the industry.
You must Be over 18 years of age.
Possess an 18th Edition wiring regulations BS7671:2018 qualification (Required).
Have experience as a practicing Electrician.
