What is the Trusted Service Award?

Businesses meeting the high standard, based on the number of reviews they have collected and their average rating, receive the award. Feefo have given Platinum Trusted Service awards to businesses who have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years.
PPL Training have again met the relevant criteria to achieve the gold award for the third time, which has resulted in the business gaining the coveted platinum award. This year PPL achieved an overall rating of 4.7/5 based on over 400 reviews between 2019 and 2020.
